Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:

  1. Manufacturer's Defects: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:

  1. Misuse or Abuse: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations to the shoes.
  2. Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scuffs, abrasions, and minor cosmetic damages, are not covered under this warranty.
  3. Third-Party Modifications: Any repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized third parties voids this warranty.

Claims Process:

  1. Proof of Purchase: To claim under this warranty, a valid proof of purchase must be presented.
  2. Contact Us: Contact our customer service team at info@altrafootwear.co.za to initiate a warranty claim. Please include pictures and a detailed description of the issue. 
  3. Evaluation: Upon receiving your claim, our team will evaluate the shoes to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
  4. Resolution: If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the shoes at our discretion. If replacement is necessary and the original style is no longer available, a similar style will be provided.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product and does not extend to any other losses or damages.

Additional Terms:

  • This warranty is valid only in South Africa.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
