Like guide rails at a bowling alley - it'll guide you back when necessary but when you're moving well, it doesn't interfere.

- Altras usually run true to size (i.e. if you usually wear a size 10 running shoe, you'll likely be a size 10 in these).Â
- All Altras have a wider toe box than other brands on the market. The width of the toe box does not affect the sizing - you can still order your regular size and enjoy extra toe space!
